2/ Contact us at info@swisschalet-charmille.com or ring on 0044 (0)2392 420139 to check availability, confirm your party booking costs, discuss any special requirements or for further information.

3/ Complete a provisional booking form which can be completed on-line

Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days within which time a deposit of 20% per person must be paid if the booking is more than 8 weeks before the holiday. If the booking is within 8 weeks of the holiday, the full price must be paid.

4/ Once the deposit is received or if within 8 weeks the full price, we will send confirmation of payment and this together with your completed provisional booking form will form the contract between us.

5/ The full price, less any deposit paid, must be received by 8 weeks before your holiday.

Payment can be made in  sterling by cheque, bank transfer, traveller’s cheque debit or credit card. Payment by debit/credit can be made by telephoning 02392 420139.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch. Please make cheques payable to Mrs C Shaw. A 2.0% surcharge is payable for debit/credit card transactions which we will automatically add to your payment.
