Chalet Charmille -Availability and booking for Christmas 2008 and Winter 2008/09. All holidays begin on a Saturday...

1. Price per person is based on 2 people sharing a room, age 12 years and over
2. For children aged 12-16 years  deduct £100 per person
3. Single room occupancy availability/rates upon application
4. Price for children aged 3 years to under 12 years, sharing with 2 adults is 30 % of full price
5. Infants below the age of 3 years sharing with 2 adults are free of charge
6. Chalet can accommodate up to 14 adults by special arrangement. Price upon application.

Chalet Charmille is available weekly from Saturday 18 April 2009 to Saturday 30 May and from 6 June to 20 June 2009 on a self catering basis at a rate of between £800 per week and  £1,000 per week plus electricity, oil, tourist tax and final clean.

Chalet Charmille is available weekly from Saturday 3 October 2009 to Saturday 12 December on a self catering basis at a rate of between £800 per week and £1,000 per week plus electricity, oil, tourist tax and final clean.
 

How to make a booking

2. Contact us at info@swisschalet-charmille.com or ring on 0044 (0)2392 420139 to check availability, confirm your party booking costs, discuss any special requirements or for further information.
3. Complete a booking form which can be completed on line and submitted to info@swisschalet-charmille.com or posted to us at 14, Feltons Place, Hilsea, Portsmouth PO3 5LU
4. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days within which time a deposit of 20% per person must be paid if the booking is more than 8 weeks before the holiday. If the booking is within 8 weeks of the holiday, the full price must be paid.
5. Once the deposit is received or if within 8 weeks the full price, we will send confirmation of payment and this together with your completed provisional booking form will form the contract between us.
